Lenzing Modal® fiber is extracted from beech wood and it is a pure natural fiber with high wet and dry tensile strength values. Modal Fiber can use both woven and knitted fabrics production for its smooth handle, good humidity transferring property  and high resistance for daily usages.

Modal fiber has similar characteristics like cotton for dyeing & finishing. Especially 100% usages also bleaching or mercerizing not required.

Both Modal and Cotton fibers’ based cellulose which presents %100 naturalness. Combining Modal fiber’s lustrous, high wet and dry tensile strength with cotton’s pure comfort brings many benefits for several finished products like towel, underwear and casual wear etc. After 10 washes, cotton towel loose its softness and behaves more harder as much to irritate skin but with modal or cotton/modal blended towels durability of softness remains after several washes. Generally Modal/Cotton blends give better results  than expected.

Characteristically, micromodal fiber is finer than other fibers which provide advantage of having a bigger surface area compared to the other fibers. This provides much demanded characteristics such as well fitting, comfort, softness and fullness. Micromodal fabrics absorb humidity and transfer it to the outside with an excellent speed which is faster than cotton fabrics do. Micromodal also remain lustrous and soft, even after several times of washing .

MicroModal® is ideal for cotton blends, even tone-in-tone dyeing is not an issue. Indeed it is a perfect partner for cotton because both two fibers’ being natural, comfortable and ideal for skin to get cooler and softer fabrics compared to 100% cotton fiber. Micro modal /combed cotton yarn provides special and perfect hand feel with the effect of extra lustrous. Due to these characteristics blend is preferred especially in women’s underwear, as also for its silky appearance.

MicroModal® and especially long-staple cotton, due to the fiber’s ability to be mercerized and its high alkali resistance, made for each other.

Tencel has the ability to breath which transfers humidity very well and it stays in comfort in case of perspiration. Tencel, a kind of regenerated cellulose based fiber, represents high tenacity against intensive mechanical processes and keeps well its brightness and color even after several times of washing.

Tencel STD fibers will not easily distort in the fabric and will regain their original shapes and positions. The fibrillation feature of the Tencel Standard conduces to the fabric appearance and handle. The smooth handle of the fabric known as “peach skin effect” like gentle velvet.

Tencel LF fiber is not able to get peach skin touch because of low fibrilating character which is more suitable in woven fabric usages. But all other chararcteristic properties are like Tencel STD such as brightness, naturalness, high wet and dry tensile strength .

Dyeing results of Tencel/Cotton blend,  a light & dark effects appear on the surface of fabric instead of a homogeneous plain color,  because of  Tencel’s higher dye consuming character. Tencel fibers seen more darker on the fabric surface compared to cotton.

Bamboo, as a natural cellulose fiber can be 100% biodegraded in soil by microorganism and sunshine. The decomposition process doesn't cause any pollution for the environment. "Bamboo fiber comes from nature, and completely returns to nature in the end"

Bamboo fiber has particular and natural functions of anti-bacteria, bacteriostatic and deodorization which is proven by Japan Textile Inspection Association even after fifty washes. Bamboo fiber's natural anti-bacteria function differs greatly from that of chemical antimicrobial.

Bamboo fiber gives skin a chance to breathe free. It is unusual breathability and coolness. Because of the cross-section of the bamboo fiber is filled with various micro-gaps and micro-holes, it has much better moisture absorption and ventilation. With this unparalleled micro-structure, bamboo fiber apparel can absorb and evaporate humans sweat in a split second. Just like breathing, such garments make people feel extremely cool and comfortable in the hot weather. It is never sticking to skin even in high temperatures.  According to authoritative testing figures, apparels made from bamboo fibers are able to maintain body 1-2 degrees lower than normal apparels in hot weather. Bamboo fiber towel characters: Green & Healthy, Extremely soft, naturally anti-bacterial, highly water absorbent, naturally anti-microbial, Anti-fungal, Anti-UV, Hypoallergenic, Biodegradable and bamboo towels will stay amazingly soft even after repeated washes.

Blending of Modal fiber with Black Modal fiber which has the same characteristics as raw Modal gives us the possibility of getting Modal Melange 100% or Modal Cotton Melange 50-50%. It has also a wide range in usage especially socks, outerwears and women underwear productions. Our standard production blends are given below:

We are producing Melange yarn by blending PES fiber as “Raw and Black” with cotton  to obtain the shades of grey and we name the combination as “Polycell”. Our standard blends are “PES/Cotton 52-48% which is called Polycell Gold” and  “PES/Cotton 67-33% which is called Ploycell Elite”. In these blends, cotton is always iraw but blending it with black PES fiber gives shades of grey which are the same for both Gold and Elite series. Names with the percantages of  black PES fiber as follows;
