ABOUT CSA History

  • CSA Textile Egypt SAE, Abalıoğlu Holding şirketlerinden biri olan Abalıoğlu Tekstil Sanayi A.Ş. tarafından kurulmuştur. Yatırım 2006 yılında arazi seçimiyle başlamış olup 2008 yılında 25,000 ring iği kapasitesiyle üretime başlamıştır. İşletmede Ne 12/1 ile Ne 50/1 aralığında selülozik ve pamuk elyafları ve birbirleriyle karışımlarıyla iplik üretilmektedir. Üretimde; Modal, Mikromodal, Tencel STD, Tencel LF, promodal ve viskon elyafları Avusturya’nın Lenzing firmasından ve Çin’den tedarik edilen Bambu elyafı kullanılmaktadır.

Tüm iplikler hem dokuma hem de örgü üretimlerinde kullanılabilecek şekilde talebe bağlı olarak “Z” ve “S” bükümlü olarak tek kat veya çift kat olarak üretilebilmektedir. Ayrıca makinelerde yer alan AMSLER cihazları ile istenilen efektlere göre  Şantuk (flamlı) iplik üretimi de yapılabilmektedir.

Ayrıca Japonya ve Çin’den tedarik edilen PVA filamentleri kullanılarak özel, yumuşak dokulu ve kendinden desenli (Blister) havlu üretimine uygun olarak “Sıfır Büküm” olarak anılan bükümsüz iplikler de üretilebilmektedir.

Ayrıca hazırlanan özel alanda, bugünlerde Gri Tonlarda, üretim departmanımızca geliştirilen özel karışımlarda, Polyester Pamuk Melanj iplik üretimine de başlanılmıştır.
